First of all the time you spend creating and planning a task has decreased. Now you can add a new task or import a list of tasks from a file just in one click.

In addition the platform has simplified planning route tasks consisting of several checkpoints. It’s important when the order of visits matters. Now the interface is highly user-friendly – one needs just to add new checkpoints to the first visit point. You  can change the order of addresses with drag and drop simplicity.

Just drag and drop checkpoints to change the route. The system automatically calculates the length of the route and prognosticates the duration of trip. After the order of checkpoints has been changed, the software will warn the  supervisor if the employee does not have time for a visit. The field will be tagged with the exclamation mark (!). Hmm, it means you’d better change the time to put the schedule back in order.

In the same window  an operator can attach to the task an electronic form.

So it will be easy for employers and supervisors to assign tasks, plan additional visits and to change their order – everything on one screen.

Form lists of created tasks. However, if there are a lot of employees, different tasks and charts in the system, it becomes difficult to navigate these endless lists. Using the updated interface you will not clutter up the workspace with excessive  information. Leave just the columns you need, sort the tasks out in accordance to date, employee or status. Search by tag or by title will help you to quickly find the task you need.

The workspace screen organized in a fresh new way will decrease amount of clicks to switch between the windows. Main tasks parameters are now displayed to the right of the tasks list.

You can choose an employee, specify the address and time of the visit, attach form or just write a comment – without switching to another page. The less your employees are busy with routine, the more tasks they complete. Productivity of the whole team increases.
