In general, Personal Information you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. Loccate uses your Personal Information in the following ways: to facilitate the creation of and secure your account on our network; identify you as a user in our system; provide improved administration of our website, Products, and related services; improve the quality of experience when you interact with our website, Products, and related services; send you a welcome e-mail to verify ownership of the e-mail address provided when your account was created; send you administrative e-mail notifications, such as security or support and maintenance advisories; respond to your inquiries related to employment opportunities or other requests; send promotional communications; provide you with hardcopy or electronic newsletters, or surveys; send upgrades and special offers related to our Products and related services and for other marketing purposes of Loccate, should you request to receive such communications from us; make telephone calls to you, from time to time, as a part of secondary fraud protection or to solicit your feedback.
During the Registration Process for creating a user account, we request for your name and email address. You will also be asked to choose a unique username and a password, which will be used solely for the purpose of providing access to your user account.
When you use the software or mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to give this information to the users you have authorised for that and provide relevant services to them. We will not share your location data with other users or partners. However, we may use it for statistics analysis and share that non-personal aggregated data with other parties.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should switch off the GPS tracking device or turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to provide technical support or to provide specific services, such as hosting of your applications, communicating with you via live chat software or payment processing for purchases.
Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Information (as described below), Loccate may disclose Personal Information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Loccate; or (b) protect or defend the rights or property of Loccate or users of the Services.
Accessing, Updating and Removing Personal Information
Users who wish to correct, update or remove any Personal Information including those from a public forum, directory or testimonial on our site may do so either by accessing their user account or by contacting Zoho Customer Support Services at firstname.lastname@example.org. Such changes may take up to 48 hours to take effect. We respond to all enquiries retated to Personal Information within 30 days.
Loccate is committed to protecting the security of your Application Data and Personal Information. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Application Data and Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We also require you to enter a password to access your account information. Please do not disclose your account password to unauthorized people. Despite these measures, you should know that Loccate cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with Application Data and Personal Information and mistakes and security breaches may happen.
