IP address is a unique numerical address assigned to a computer as it logs on to the internet. Navixy do not have access to any personal identifiable information and we would never seek this information. Your IP address is logged when visiting our site, but our analytic software only uses this information to track how many visitors we have from particular regions.
Like most Internet services, we automatically gather this Personal Data and store it in log files each time you visit our website or access your account on our network.

Data usage and storage

Geo-location data

In serving you, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology like GLONASS) to determine your precise geographic location. We may use and store information about your location to provide features of our Platform and to improve and customize it. Also, we may use it for statistics analysis and share that non-personal aggregated data with other parties. We will not use or share this data for any other purpose.
Many devices will show you an icon when location services are operating. We only share this location information with others as approved by you.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should switch off the GPS tracking device or turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.

Payment Information

In case of services requiring payment, we request bank card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. Your financial information will not be stored by us except for the name and address of the card holder, the expiry date and the last four digits of the Bank Card number. Such changes may take up to 48 hours to take effect. We respond to all enquiries related to Personal Information within 30 days.
